Description:

Reporting to the Insight Project Manager, this position has responsibility for serving as the database manager for the Blackbaud CRM product known as "Insight". Duties include making approved configuration updates to the system, escalating configuration or customization requests to the Change Management Team, managing help desk tickets and security including the set up and termination of all application users, developing queries, KPIs, data lists, and other configueration items required for implementation, serving as level I support for users, managing batch and import set up, audit tables, business processes, custom email alerts, queues, notifications, export definitions, and other inter-database related tasks, problem solving & troubleshooting, writing and managing CRM Upgrade plans, etc.



 


Requirements:

Should have Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related experience. Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office software including Excel and Access and have demonstrated database management experience. Experience with Blackbaud CRM product is preferred. Must be able to travel within Eastern Territory as requested.
