Description:
The Salvation Army Cambridge Corps is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant. Candidate will be responsible for assisting both Commanding Officers with answering phones, maintaining Corps and Officer Calendars, taking meeting minutes, obtaining and sorting mail, keep organized files and information, and complete thank you and other letters as needed.
Requirements:
Candidate must have strong organizational skills; flexible; non-judgmental about those we serve; computer literate; and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. A Bachelors degree in any field or Christian ministry and at least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant is preferred.
