Description:
The Salvation Army Children’s Learning Center is seeking an experienced Day Care Center Director. The center serves 70 preschool and 30 afterschool children and is located in Dorchester. The ideal candidate will provide mentoring, leadership and supervision for teaching staff, have a solid background in early childhood education & development, oversee daily operations, enrollment and parent relations, monitor budget, payroll and licensing and develop curriculum.
Requirements:
BA or BS in early childhood education preferred, plus 5 years experience as a center director. EEC Director I or II qualification required.
